Hi, I'm Alice Maxwell, Team Leader for the Alice Maxwell Team. I have been in the real estate industry since 1993 and am a full time dedicated residential specialist. I am a native of Tuscaloosa and a graduate from the The University of Alabama Area. I am married to my high school sweetheart, John Maxwell, and have three children, Anne Liles, a realtor in Birmingham, Davis Maxwell, and Stuart Maxwell. Whether it is buying or selling real estate, I , along with my team, will give 100% to meet all of your real estate needs! It's 3 for the price of 1!
 

Payton Junkin is the team's Buyer's Specialist/Agent! Payton provides attentive service to his clients in assisting them to find the home of their dreams, while also pursuing a degree at the The University of Alabama Area! He is always eager to help you! 

Carole is the team's Office Manager/Closing Coordinator. With 15 years experience, Carole manages The Alice Maxwell's team daily operations and is your personal contact throughout the closing process! 

 During college, Joe received experience in leasing and management with Cornerstone Management, and was an active member of Rho Epsilon, a student Real Estate association at the University.  In addition, during his college years, Joe worked on the Alice Maxwell Team of Advantage Realty as an assistant. Three years later, when the opportunity to join the Alice Maxwell Team as a full time licensed real estate agent presented itself, Joe joined the team without hesitation. 

In his spare time Joe enjoys watching sports, especially University of Alabama football and basketball games.  Whenever he gets the chance, he loves going back home to South Carolina to be with his family.
