Kaelyn Perkins

Originally from Northern California, Kaelyn Perkins moved to Tuscaloosa to attend The University of Alabama, where she graduated in 2025. During her time at Alabama, Kaelyn began working with the Alice Maxwell Team as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in the real estate industry and learning the day-to-day operations of the business.
After graduating, Kaelyn transitioned into a full-time role as the team’s Condo Coordinator and obtained her real estate license. In this role, she manages the details of each transaction from contract to closing, ensuring a smooth and organized process for both clients and agents. She also oversees the listing coordination and marketing efforts for the team’s condominium developments, helping bring new condo projects to market and maintain consistent, high-quality presentation across listings. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to keep complex timelines on track make her an integral part of the team.
Kaelyn is passionate about helping clients navigate the buying process and takes pride in providing a seamless experience throughout each transaction. Now based in Tuscaloosa, she enjoys being part of the community and helping buyers find their place in one of Alabama’s most vibrant and growing markets.
