Tuscaloosa Real Estate is on FIRE!! How to Be a Competitive Buyer with the A-Team!

NO DOUBT the housing market is hopping! With the inventory and interest rates at an all-time low, Tuscaloosa residents are on the move. In fact, the current multiple listings inventory for residential homes is only 330! To put this number into perspective, just two years ago the market consistently held strong at 1,000 plus residential homes. What these numbers mean to friends and neighbors looking to sell is that the market has never been better! These same numbers also translate to heavy competition for prospective buyers. This is where our team comes in. We have the experience to help your offer on a home be as competitive as possible.
